Experience

Public and private sector, at senior level throughout.

I'm a senior UX and product design leader with over 20 years' experience helping organisations design better digital products, services, and teams. I work with businesses that need clarity — clarity of vision, clarity of user needs, and clarity in how design contributes to real outcomes.

I've led design across telecoms, fintech, retail, logistics, construction, government, loyalty, and e-commerce — from early-stage discovery through to delivery, optimisation, and long-term transformation. I build and lead multidisciplinary design teams, establish operating models that scale, and partner closely with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to embed design thinking at every level.

I champion inclusive design practices and accessibility (WCAG), grounding decisions in research, behavioural insight, and real user needs — not assumptions. Whether designing enterprise platforms, consumer apps, end-to-end services, or internal tools, the goal is the same: help people complete tasks with confidence, speed, and minimal friction.

I work closely with C-suite leaders, directors, and senior stakeholders to embed design thinking at every level. My communication style is clear, honest, and evidence-led, helping teams align, reduce risk, and make confident decisions in complex environments.
